All products are shipped from Bracebridge, Ontario via the post office - either Canada Post or United States Postal Services only.
We ship to Canada and the USA year round.
We ship internationally between February 1st and October 1st only.

2) FILLED PARTY CRACKERS OR GAMES or you wish to have your DIY Cracker Kits MAILED WITH A TRACKING SERVICE Then select this option: "Choose if buying FILLED PARTY CRACKERS - (Expedited with Tracking)"
3) PICKING UP YOUR ORDER IN PERSON from Bracebridge, Ontario, please select this option: "Pick Up in Person - Bracebridge, ON". Please leave a note in your shopping cart letting us know which day you would like to pick up your order.
4) WISH XPRESS SHIPPING: Some products may be available for XpressPost Delivery within Canada and the USA. Whenever available, XpressPost options will be specially noted in the product descriptions. Or, EMAIL us to inquire.

Shipping Damages / Lost Packages:
We make every effort to send your order in sturdy, well prepared cartons to ensure they arrive safely and in good condition. If your package is damaged when it arrives - or hasn't arrived - please contact your local post office for assistance. If your package doesn't have a tracking number, please contact us as we photograph every shipping envelope going out 1st class mail which doesn't have tracking services. We can email a copy to you to show your local post office how the envelope was addressed and the amount of postage applied.
We aren't responsible for packages which are undeliverable due to incomplete/incorrect addresses or to gated communities where USPS or Canada Post have no access or for parcels not collected by the Buyer from their post office for any reason. No refunds will be issued for the cost of goods or postage for items returned to us as undeliverable or in damaged condition.
Please read carefully the product information listed for each item before placing your order. Because we fill the crackers to order, we are unable to accept returns for refund. If you are unsure about a product or it's contents, feel free to contact us to ask questions. We're here to help.
