Shipping at Elves' Best
All products are shipped via the post office - either Canada Post or United States Postal Services. We ship on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays.

Where does Elves' Best Ship?:

:: Canada & USA: 
   We ship within Canada and the USA year-round.
:: International: 
   We ship internationally between February 1st and October 1st only.


Which is the Best Shipping Option for you?:
       If you are ordering ... 

1) DIY CRACKER KITS, PAPER HATS OR CRACKER SNAPS then select this option: "Choose if buying DIY CRACKER KITS, HATS or SNAPS (No Tracking)"  Your order will be shipped in a Flat Envelope. There is no Tracking Service available for this rate.

2) FILLED PARTY CRACKERS OR GAMES or you wish to have your DIY Cracker Kits MAILED WITH A TRACKING SERVICE Then select this option: "Choose if buying FILLED PARTY CRACKERS - (Expedited with Tracking)"  Your order will be shipped via Expedited delivery. A tracking number will be emailed to you and available for reference in your Elves' Best account.

3) PICKING UP YOUR ORDER IN PERSON from Bracebridge, Ontario, please select this option: "Pick Up in Person - Bracebridge, ON" or "Local" Please leave a note in your shopping cart letting us know which day you would like to pick up your order. We will email to confirm we can meet your schedule.

4) WISH XPRESS SHIPPING?: Some products may be available for XpressPost Delivery within Canada and the USA. Whenever available, XpressPost options will be specially noted in the product descriptions. Or, EMAIL us to inquire.

5) Further options for International Delivery (outside Canada and the USA) are available. Please EMAIL to request a shipping rate for your delivery location.

Courier Services:
We no longer arrange courier service delivery. Fedex, UPS and Purolator have all misdirected parcels in the past - several times to the other side of the world from where they were meant to be delivered!  So, we no longer work with couriers.  However, if a Customer wishes courier service, we will email the weight and dimensions of the parcel when it is ready to ship. Customers are responsible for then contacting their courier of choice, arranging with them for pick-up from our location and then emailing us printable copies of the courier shipping labels.  All communications with the courier are the responsibility of the Customer.

Shipping Damages / Lost Packages:

We make every effort to send your order in sturdy, well prepared cartons to ensure it arrives safely and in good condition. If your package is damaged when it arrives - or hasn't arrived - please contact your local post office for assistance. If your package doesn't have a tracking number, please contact us as we photograph every shipping envelope going out 1st class mail which doesn't have tracking services. We can email a copy for you to show your local post office how the envelope was addressed and the amount of postage that was applied.

We aren't responsible for packages which are undeliverable due to incomplete/incorrect addresses or to gated communities where USPS or Canada Post have no access.  Or for parcels not collected by the buyer from their post office. No refunds will be issued for the cost of goods or postage for items returned to us as undeliverable or in damaged condition.


Refunds:

Because we fill the crackers to order, we are unable to accept returns for refund. Before completing your order, please carefully read the information for each product in your shopping cart. Note the sizes and various options available.  Also, the shipping delivery information.
