Christmas Cookies - Spekulatius

In Germany, the holidays aren't the holidays without Spekulatius. The thin, spicy cookies are still made with the same recipe for over six generations. Often called "windmill cookies," Coppenrath’s uniquely thin Spekulatius are the spiced holiday cookies that set a standard of excellence with a classic crunchiness.

Ingredients:

Wheat flour , sugar, vegetable fat (from palm fruit), glucose-fructose syrup, spices (1%, contains cinnamon), caramel sugar syrup, salt, emulsifier ( soy lecithin ), raising agent (ammonium hydrogen carbonate, sodium hydrogen carbonate, potassium carbonate), caramel.

* Cinnamon, cloves, ginger, nutmeg, allspice, coriander seeds, Mazis flower, cardamom
